Red Z'ao people via Hmong villages Suoi and Ma Tra

You will be guided through a 15km trek, through woodland and local trails exploring the Hmong Villages Suoi and Ma Tra, which is also home to the rice fields in the valley.
After 10km, you will stop for lunch (included) in the village (lunch at a local house or at a restaurant).
Following lunch, you will explore local villages and see the ZAO people who wear colourful costumes.
You will return to Sapa by motorcycle or car.

Discovering Hmong Tibes: Sapa - y Ling Ho -Lao Chai - Ta Van
This is a 14km trek which will let you experience it like a local.
You'll come across the native animals and the skilled local people working in the grass.
You will take lunch at the top of a hill and enjoy local cuisine.
In the afternoon you will explore Lao Chai village where 2 ethnic Hmong minority tribes Ta Van and Zay live together, as they have done for years. You will see the traditional houses made of wood and learn how to weave fabric dyed indigo and traditional containers.
1 Day Trek: Example Itinerary 3
Trekking San Seng Village - Sapa - San Seng- Hau Thao - Hang Da - Giang Ta Chai
This is a 16km trek along the mountain trails where you will have a panoramic view overlooking the town. Then you will trek through the village of San Seng and Hau Thao along mountain roads and raw beautiful scenery. Your journey will continue to see many white cliffs over 1500m. This is where you will enjoy lunch, overlooking the Muong Hoa valley.
After lunch you will discover Giang Ta Chai village where the Zay Hmong ethnic group live. This is where you will finish the day and you will return to Sapa by car or motorcycle.
